Explore the beautiful (and tasty) world of stuffed buns. In this hands-on class, we’ll work with both baked and steamed buns — heading to China for hum bao, to Hawaii for manapua, and to Germany for bierrocks.
Ingredients for this class include meat and gluten.
Participants can expect to sample their creations in class and take some food home.
Registration for this class will close on Wednesday, May 8 at 6pm, so we have time to shop for ingredients and prep class materials.
