Explore the beautiful (and tasty) world of stuffed buns. In this hands-on class, we’ll work with both baked and steamed buns — heading to China for hum bao, to Hawaii for manapua, and to Germany for bierrocks.

  • Ingredients for this class include meat and gluten.

  • Participants can expect to sample their creations in class and take some food home.

  • Registration for this class will close on Wednesday, May 8 at 6pm, so we have time to shop for ingredients and prep class materials.
