Join us for an exploration of Italy’s traditional foods! Participants will be guided through the hands-on creation of 3 different cheese-based dumplings, while discovering a bit about their history and the regions in which different gnudi originated. Learn about the relevant ratios for the perfect dough, troubleshooting techniques, and improvising a seasonal sauce. At the end of class, we’ll take time to sit and eat together.

  • Ingredients for this class are vegetarian, and contain dairy and gluten.

  • Registration for this class will close on Friday, May 31 at 6pm, so we have time to shop for ingredients and prep class materials.
