Learn the art of making your own cheese. During this hands-on introductory class, you’ll learn make 3 fresh cheeses: lemon ricotta, queso fresco, and paneer.

  • Ingredients for this class are gluten-free, vegetarian, and include dairy.

  • Registration for this class will close on Monday, May 20 at 6pm, so we have time to shop for ingredients and prep class materials.
