Dumplings are marvelous little packets of joy — and there are so many varieties around the world! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to create 3 varieties: gyoza, pierogies, and chicken-and-dumplings.
Ingredients for this class include meat and gluten.
Participants can expect to sample their creations in class and take some food home.
Registration for this class will close on Monday, June 10 at 6pm, so we have time to shop for ingredients and prep class materials.
